Hunting Release, Waiver & Indemnification Agreement

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING OR PARTICIPATING.
By booking or participating in a hunt with Steele Pecan Outfitters, LLC, you agree to the following terms:

I acknowledge that hunting activities involve firearms, decoys, blinds, boats, wildlife, uneven ground, water hazards, and weather conditions that can cause serious injury, property damage, or death.
I understand that these risks are inherent, cannot be completely eliminated, and I am voluntarily choosing to participate.

In consideration of being allowed to hunt on Steele Pecan Outfitters, LLC property, I release, waive, and discharge Steele Pecan Outfitters, LLC, its owners, agents, employees, officers, contractors, and assigns from any and all liability for:

• Injury, illness, or death;
• Damage to or loss of property;
• Negligence of the landowner, other hunters, or third parties.

I knowingly and freely assume all risks related to hunting, firearm use, boats, blinds, weather, wildlife, terrain, and any other related hazards.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steele Pecan Outfitters, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my participation or actions while on the property. This includes claims brought by my guests or anyone injured by my actions.

I will:

• Follow all federal, state, and local hunting laws and regulations;
• Carry the required valid hunting license(s);
• Use safe firearm handling practices at all times;
• Respect all posted rules and instructions given by Steele Pecan Outfitters, LLC.

I affirm that I am in suitable health and condition to participate in hunting activities and will disclose any medical concerns that may affect my safety.

If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I accept all terms for the minor and agree to indemnify Steele Pecan Outfitters, LLC for any claims arising from the minor’s participation.

If any part of this agreement is held invalid, the rest remains enforceable. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

By booking a hunt, checking the required waiver box, and/or signing below, I confirm that I:

• Have read and understood this agreement;
• Understand I am giving up legal rights including the right to sue;
• Agree voluntarily and without coercion.

When booking online, your acknowledgment checkbox and typed name serve as your legal acceptance of this waiver.
