Welcome to Steele Pecan Outfitters. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


Booking and Payment

  1. Booking: All bookings must be made through our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  2. Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled hunting date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled hunting date will not be refunded.


Use of Property

  1. Access: You are granted access to our hunting fields for the duration specified in your booking confirmation.
  2. Conduct: All hunters must comply with local hunting regulations and practice safe and ethical hunting. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Liability

  1. Assumption of Risk: By participating in hunting activities on our property, you acknowledge that hunting involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or death. You assume all risks associated with your participation.
  2. Release of Liability: Steele Pecan Outfitters, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss of life resulting from your use of our property. You agree to release, waive, and discharge Steele Pecan Outfitters from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your participation in hunting activities.
  3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steele Pecan Outfitters, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to your use of our property.


Property and Equipment

  1. Personal Belongings: Steele Pecan Outfitters is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the property.
  2. Damage to Property: Any damage to Steele Pecan Outfitters’ property caused by you or your party will be your responsibility. You agree to reimburse Steele Pecan Outfitters for the cost of any repairs or replacements.


Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Missouri.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Steele Pecan Outfitters reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

Refund Policy


  1. Booking Refunds:
    • Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled hunting date are eligible for a full refund.
    • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled hunting date are eligible for a 50% refund.
    • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled hunting date will not be refunded.


  1. Weather-Related Cancellations:
    • If Steele Pecan Outfitters must cancel a booking due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking for another available date.


  1. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund, please contact us at [Your Email Address] or [Your Phone Number]. Include your booking reference number and the reason for the cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your request.


Exchange Policy

  1. Rescheduling:
    • If you need to reschedule your booking, you may do so up to 7 days before your scheduled hunting date without any penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the scheduled hunting date will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur an additional fee.


  1. Exchange Process:
    • To request a reschedule, please contact us at steelepecanoutfitters@gmail.com or 612-363-0868 with your booking reference number and your preferred new date. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.


Non-Refundable Items

  1. Special Events and Packages:
    • Bookings for special events or packages may have different refund and exchange policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking. Please refer to the specific terms provided with those bookings.
